Dr Irvins-Anthrax-and why I don't believe the FBI

Message James Dorman

The FBI has now after only 7 years and and 2 wars declared the Anthrax case solved. "See that dead scientist? Yea, he's the guy that did it. All by himself. Too bad he's dead huh?" This just caps off what could be one of the most disastrous criminal investigations in U.S. History. And that says a lot when you include 9/11. And you should as they are related, and on some level I think nearly everyone knows this.

The evidence the FBI says it has and that we will go through, they admit is all circumstantial but they said they have won cases just on circumstantial evidence alone, which I don't doubt, but they would not have run on this case. Very convenient, and extremely creepy that he wound up dead and did them such a tremendous favor.

He died a slow death. Took too much Tylenol and died of Acetaminophen poisoning." Acetaminophen (Tylenol) Poisoning Symptoms......
after taking an overdose of acetaminophen, you may have no symptoms from taking a toxic amount. You may remain symptom free for up to 24 hours after taking a toxic overdose of acetaminophen.

After this initial period, the following symptoms are common:

Nausea
Vomiting
Not feeling well
Not able to eat or poor appetite
Abdominal pain"
http://www.emedicinehealth.com/acetaminophen_tylenol_poisoning/page3_em.htm

"The toxic effects of acetaminophen are often seen 2-4 days after ingestion and blood levels may not be extremely high at time of death."
http://72.14.205.104/search?q=cache:FEzKM4z7pq0J:path.upmc.edu/cases/case407/dx.html+acetaminophen+suicide&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=14&gl=us

So how do they know then that this is how he died if no autopsy was done? It seems, you would want to know for sure what killed a person who was under your surveillance 24/7.

Remember Irvins ended up dead a month after this came out....."WASHINGTON -- The former Army scientist who was the prime suspect in the deadly 2001 anthrax mailings agreed Friday to take $5.82 million from the government to settle his claim that the Justice Department and the FBI invaded his privacy and ruined his career."
http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-anthrax28-2008jun28,0,4309463.story

We just paid an Army scientist 6 million after ruining his career, and now the FBI after spending our money on that, hands us this dead Army scientist. This one wont sue though. Well, I wouldn't be too sure about that, I think his family has a good case. Are you starting to get a clue as to just how horrible this story really is?

So naturally an autopsy would be performed. But no....."No Autopsy

Ivins's death is being investigated as an apparent suicide from a drug overdose, said Lieutenant Shawn Martyak of the Frederick Police Department's criminal investigation division. Based on laboratory test results of blood taken from the body, the state medical examiner ''determined that an autopsy wouldn't be necessary'' to determine the cause of death, Martyak said.

The Los Angeles Times, which first reported the story, said Ivins took an overdose of prescription Tylenol with codeine."

What?!? No autopsy? Anyway......I'm not going to bother with the character assassination they did on him, just to say that silly poems sent to a friend mean nothing. The friend evidently never thought they were sinister. You're supposed to think he is a raving loonatic, based on the last week of his life which was very weird. If you care about that stuff ...here is the FBI documents site.
http://www.usdoj.gov/amerithrax/
And a blog with a response http://www.leighannlittle.com/

Let's look at the important evidence. Could he have done it?  Could he have made the anthrax by himself, and could he have dropped the letter into the mailbox? We know the mailbox used and we know the date the letters were postmarked.

If you believe the FBI. Then you have to believe what I am about to tell you. This is the case. You have to believe that for the first time Dr Irvins is going to whip up a batch of weaponized anthrax. And he is going to do it all by himself in 6 hours and 45 minutes, over the weekend of the 14th 15th and 16th, just a few days after 9/11, at the same time the Whitehouse is taking the anthrax antidote Cipro for some reason.
http://www.judicialwatch.org/2953.shtml

As you can see from the FBI Documents presenting their case on page 8 are the times they believe he could have made his anthrax, before mailing it off on the evening of the 17th. You have to believe that Dr Irvins is so gifted that he was able to make this powerful anthrax all by himself in 6 hours and 45 minutes. A look at the documents on page 8 show him after hours in his lab for 2 hours 15 minutes for 3 days in a row. This is the only time he could have made this anthrax.
http://www.usdoj.gov/amerithrax/07-524-M-01%20attachment.pdf

The anthrax letters were Postmarked Sept 18 and the others postmarked Oct 9. The pickup times on collection boxes are posted on them and the last pickup is 5 pm. He could not mail this letter over the weekend or it would have been postmarked Sept 17(Monday). The time the letter was deposited into the collection box was after 5 pm Sept 17 and before 5 pm of the 18th. The 18th is out of the question since he was at work. There is no choice here. You have to believe that Dr Irvins drove for 4 hours after work on the 17th deposited his letter and then drove 4 hours back and was at work on the morning of the 18th. What evidence is there for this? Here is the evidence......

The headline reads...."New Details Show Anthrax Suspect Away On Key Day"
"But the information was not included in documents released Wednesday by the Justice Department to support FBI suspicions that Ivins, acting on his own, pulled off the worst bioterrorism attack in U.S. history."
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/08/07/AR2008080703443.html?nav=rss_nation

And I am about to show you why this evidence was not included....because it's actually evidence that he didn't mail the letter but once again the press is being used to manipulate you.

"Sunday, Sept. 16, signing out at 9:52 p.m. after two hours and 15 minutes. The next morning, the sources said, he showed up as usual but stayed only briefly before taking leave hours. Authorities assume that he drove to Princeton immediately after that, dropping the letters in a mailbox on a well-traveled street across from the university campus. Ivins would have had to have left quickly to return for an appointment in the early evening, about 4 or 5 p.m."

This is actual proof that it is impossible that he could have mailed the letter this way. They just admitted that he had an appointment at around 4 or 5 pm, and that he made that appointment. Which means if he had done what was just described to you the letter would have been deposited before 5 pm on the 17th and then would have been postmarked Sept 17th. It wasn't. It was postmarked Sept 18th. Meaning that the letter was not deposited into the collection box at  this time.

There is zero evidence he mailed the letter. No toll records no gas receipts no images on video cams nothing. Just proof he made an appointment and is extremely unlikely he could have been at the collection box at the time required.

You are being lied to as to how he mailed the letters. You are also being lied to as to when he made the anthrax. You have no choice. You must believe he made this anthrax by himself in 6 hours and 45 minutes. Do you believe it? You are no expert. You "trust" the FBI. Well, here's some more reasons why you shouldn't. I'm not an expert either, but Barbara Hatch Rosenberg, Federation of American Scientists is, and here is  her Analysis as an expert........"There was only one week between Sept 11 and Sept 18, when the first two letters (and probably another letter, never found, to AMI) were postmarked. This suggests that the anthrax was already in hand, and the attack largely planned, before Sept 11."
http://911review.org/Wget/www.fas.org/bwc/news/anthraxreport.htm

Why does she say that? Because another expert says this...."In my opinion, there are maybe four or five people in the whole country who might be able to make this stuff, and I'm one of them," said Richard O. Spertzel, chief biological inspector for the U.N. Special Commission from 1994 to 1998. "And even with a good lab and staff to help run it, it might take me a year to come up with a product as good."
http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/wp-dyn/A28334-2002Oct27?language=printer

Dr Irvins you are supposed to believe, then went to work on the batch of anthrax that was sent on Oct 9 2001 and it took him around 15 hours to make that according to the times mentioned on page 9 of the FBI documents.
http://www.usdoj.gov/amerithrax/07-524-M-01%20attachment.pdf

Not possible according to the experts. No evidence that he made weaponized anthrax and no evidence he mailed the letters. The evidence actually goes against it.

It is pointed out that recent DNA testing proved the anthrax originally came from his samples. Well, it has been known almost from the start that the anthrax was the Ames strain and kept at Ft Detrick. This is not new. But it was also sent out to several other labs. And hundreds of people had access to it. Here is some more expert testimony, that the FBI had the good luck to not have to face in court since their "suspect" is dead...."Bioweapons experts said they were unimpressed by the government's description of the DNA link between the anthrax in the letters and spores in a flask in Ivins's lab." "There is not enough scientific information to make an evaluation of the science the FBI used in this investigation," said Tara O'Toole, who heads the Center for Biosecurity at the University of Pittsburgh." "But the officials also acknowledged that 15 other labs had the same strain, known as RMR-1029. How, O'Toole asked, were investigators able to rule out other labs, as well as other workers with access to the bacteria?"
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/08/07/AR2008080703443_2.html?nav=rss_nation&sid=ST2008080703559&s_pos==

One of those other labs is Dugway Proving Ground which I will get to in a moment. Then we have handwriting analysis which can't link Irvins with the letters...."Another missing link was the bureau's inability to match Ivins's handwriting with the primitive block print of the letters used in the anthrax mailings. In dealing with at least one earlier "person of interest" in the case, the FBI's handwriting experts in Quantico worked with outside consultants to try to match handwriting samples taken in property searches.

But authorities, who acknowledged seizing 68 handwritten letters to members of Congress and the news media from Ivins's property, said they could not make a specific identification"
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/08/07/AR2008080703443_2.html?nav=rss_nation&sid=ST2008080703559&s_pos= =

Then we have the fact that Irvins passed polygraph tests......"WND has learned that the FBI was so frustrated with the exam results that last October authorities asked a judge for permission to search Ivins' home and vehicles specifically for evidence of any materials, such as books, that would have helped him "defeat a polygraph."
http://wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=71721

So why do you believe the FBI? The FBI used 6 million dollars of your tax money to pay off the last Army scientist they accused after ruining his career, and now this one turns up dead, and they have no case against him either, but defending yourself from the grave is impossible isn't it? Because this is a cover up, and I am going to show you what they are covering up. But first you should know that this is what the FBI does now. When I talk about the FBI in this sense I am talking about the heads of the FBI, not the agents in the field who no doubt are honest and patriotic Americans, who do a great job, people like Agent Butler who was monitoring flows of money to 9/11 hijackers that were living with his informant...this is before 9/11 happened BTW....."The Federal Bureau of Investigation had a confidential informer who rented rooms in California to two of the Sept. 11 hijackers, but the bureau is resisting a request from the Congressional committee investigating the attacks to interview the informer and his F.B.I. handler, government officials said."
http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9A04E7DA153BF935A35753C1A9649C8B63

You see the FBI and CIA have been politicized and work for the administration now...not you or me...."The fight over access to the informer is the latest bitter dispute between the committee and the Bush administration and the intelligence and law enforcement agencies that are the subject of the committee's investigation"
http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9A04E7DA153BF935A35753C1A9649C8B63

"Government officials told U.S. News that Butler disclosed that he had been monitoring a flow of Saudi Arabian money that wound up in the hands of two of the 9/11 hijackers. The two men had rented a room from a man Butler had used as a confidential informant, the sources say. According to officials familiar with his account, Butler said that he had alerted his superiors about the money flows but the warning went nowhere. "Butler is claiming ... that people [in the FBI] didn't follow up," says a Congressional source. Adds another: "He saw a pattern, a trail, and he told his supervisors, but it ended there."
http://www.usnews.com/usnews/news/features/saudi_021129.htm

If you think the FBI paying $6 million to Hatfill was tax money not well spent how do you feel about the FBI paying $100,000 to their informant who housed some 9/11 hijackers as a reward for not cooperating with investigations?

"The OIG was not able to interview the asset. The Joint Intelligence Committee Inquiry had attempted to interview the asset without success. The Committee then submitted interrogatories that the asset declined to answer, asserting his Fifth Amendment privilege. The asset indicated through his attorney that if subpoenaed by the Committee, he would not testify without a grant of immunity."

"In July 2003, the asset was given a $100,000 payment and closed as an asset."
http://www.fas.org/irp/agency/doj/oig/fbi-911/chap5.pdf

You see that is what the HQ of the FBI does now. Cover ups. The anthrax attacks and 9/11 are related. Now you know experts in the field believe that the anthrax had to have been made before 9/11. So was anyone making weaponized anthrax before 9/11? The answer is yes, and it wasn't done at Fort Detrick it was done at Dugway Proving grounds. They have the same sample of Ames strain Dr Irvins had and they are "helping" the FBI in their investigation.

"Dugway, which is assisting the FBI in its investigation, is the US army's main testing station and has been able to produce the powdered form of anthrax since 1992."

"The FBI said that no individual associated with Dugway was being investigated. The anthrax sent by mail is a type known as the Ames strain, but its characteristics are such that it could have come from many potential sources, including Dugway."
http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/12-14-2001-8632.asp

And when Dugway makes this weaponized anthrax which BTW was a secret until the anthrax attacks....how much does it make when they make a batch?

"For nearly a decade, U.S. Army scientists at Dugway Proving Ground in Utah have made small quantities of weapons-grade anthrax that is virtually identical to the powdery spores used in the mail attacks that have killed five people, government sources say."

"Dugway's production of weapons-grade anthrax, which has never before been publicly revealed, is apparently the first by the U.S. government since President Richard M. Nixon ordered the U.S. offensive biowarfare program closed in 1969."

"Dugway's Life Sciences Division makes the deadly spores in far, far smaller quantities, rarely accumulating more than 10 grams at a time, according to one Army official."
http://www.ph.ucla.edu/EPI/bioter/anthraxmatchesarmyspores.html

10 grams at a time? Remember when those anthrax attacks first happened? You wondered why they stopped didn't you? Here is your answer. They ran out. How much anthrax was mailed during the attacks?

"It has been estimated that the perpetrator used a total of about 10 grams in the letters."
http://911review.org/Wget/www.fas.org/bwc/news/anthraxreport.htm

The anthrax attacks was a gift from the Military Industrial Complex which relies on wars to feed itself. And that is what the FBI is covering up. The evidence implicates them not Dr Irvins.
