Andrea Morisette Grazzini is a writer, leader and consultant.
She founded the cross-sector civil discourse initiative DynamicShift, in 2009.
Her work has influenced numerous global and national conversations on co-productive change. Among them are American Commonwealth Partnership, American Democracy Project and the White House Office for Public Engagement.

She has been featured and/or quoted on her civic engagement work in numerous media, including: The New York Times, Fox News, PBS and The Wall Street Journal; and four books, including: The Citizen Solution, How You Can Make A Difference by Harry C. Boyte.

In 1993 Andrea co-founded Peoplenet Communications Corporation, an early adapter of Internet and GPS technologies.She has three wireless locator-technology patents. The company sold for $78M in 2007.
Andrea has been published in numerous regional, national and global consumer, government and educational media. She is co-author of phenomenological research on the topic of Developing Collegiality.

Rethinking 'Yes, We Can!' President Obama conveys the Founding Fathers' ideal that sees We The People as all citizens from all perspectives as producers, not only consumers, of government. Problem is, citizens have struggled for various reasons to hold up their part of the 'Yes, We Can' commitment that got Obama elected. The question voters face is, are they ready to engage? Or do they prefer a President Romney, who sees 47% of them as lazy?
