LisaBeth is known for the activist pins she creates, worn by Hillary Clinton, Gloria Steinem, Elizabeth Edwards, and Mia Farrow, among others. Clients have included The National Breast Cancer Coalition, N.O.W., Natural Lands Trust, The Black Women's Health Imperative, Greenpeace, and more. She has raised money for disaster relief through pin sales and donations. LisaBeth is also an activist, freelance writer, songwriter, illustrator, lettering artist, and consultant. Most recently, she worked on the campaign to elect Congressman Patrick Murphy, (D-PA), and performed at the Bill Clinton rally held in support of Murphy in October, 2006. She and her singing partner, Maggie Marshall also performed at the 2006 Philadelphia Veteran's Day rally with Cindy Sheehan. They have opened shows for Roy Clark, John Gorka, Martin Sexton, Loudon Wainwright III, and about 50 others, recorded 3 CD's, and done many radio shows, including having 2 songs featured on NPR's CARTALK. LisaBeth has designed a font for the INTERNATIONAL TYPEFACE CORPORATION called ITC "weber hand", www.fonts.com, and has worked at the SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL and THE PHILLY FILM FESTIVAL.
