Hold a Juris Doctorate from The Univ. of Richmond SOL, graduating top third of class, & B.S. in Psychology from Univ. of KS, graduated a 3.95 GPA;Dean's List all yrs. I got license to practice law in CA 1999, passing Bar Exam 1st attempt. Practice criminal law and am criminal defense attorney and Senior & Founding Atty of The Law Offices of Kyla J. Glaser, since 2001. Definitely a policy wonk. Deeply passionate about the law. By day I am a hard working attorney, by night I am a paranormal investigator and documentarian. In the courtroom I am a disciplined, creative & ruthless interrogator. My greatest strength is my ability to develop the facts through ruthless cross-examination & create a solid argument for presentation to a jury. I think fast on my feet & deliver brutally precise arguments, never scripted, allowing for adaptation. In my paranormal investigations I am methodical & scientific. I always look for little details that make or break a case. Finally, in both areas, I am empathetic, understanding & compassionate. I understand both fields require a strong person who can enter a frightening, chaotic situation and, using skill and ability, bring order, planning and a sense of calm to those affected. I am a very tough opponent in any field, but also a great advisor and confidante to those in need. I have had many clients tell me I have given them hope there's justice in the world.
