Disaster recovery and War -who responds? This article is about the heart of disaster response and recovery. The aftermath in China is catastrophic and the Myanmar situation is dismal. The current disasters at home and abroad recall fears, emotions and feelings from Hurricane Katrina. The next President must lead by example and take the leadership as the Commander and Chief during natural and manmade disasters here at home and abroad.
