Who
among us will stand up and be counted??

- As
John Kerry conceded the election of 2004, I would begin to feel a
pressure hanging over my head, a pressure that hung in the atmosphere
as if the country were in a state of mourning.
-
- We
as a nation would begin to experience the throngs of an immense
depression, a sadness reminiscent to the assassination of John F.
Kennedy. It was not because George Bush had been elected to four more
years, but rather because George Bush had again stolen the highest
office. I believe most thinking Americans have come to this
realization. The evidence is clearly there: from the thousands of
Democratic Voter Registration Forms found in the trash in Nevada - to
the thousands of votes found and already on the machines prior to the
election in Pennsylvania, - to the voter cards inaccurately
registering George Bush in Texas, - to the Florida and Las Vegas
Democratic voters being directed to the wrong voting places, - to the
60,000 absentee ballots lost in the mail in Florida, -
to the more than 13,000 ballots that we know of that were
removed from an early-voting site in Daytona Beach, Fla., after an
optical scan machine failed, -
to the Bush Administration’s unleashing The Internal Revenue
Service, threatening the tax status of the NAACP for its drive to
register African American Voters, and the agency’s calling major
African-American ministers, trying to intimidate them from calling on
the faithful to vote,
- to the poll watchers who were here to insure that we had an
honest election but who were not allowed to watch the voting process,
- and
the list goes on.

- Especially
to the exit polls used as a gauge,- they have been 100% accurate, even
to the extent that in Utah the election was called and candidates who
registered a comfortable lead with a 2 to 1 margin and only one
percent of the precincts counted conceded their candidacy by virtue of
these exit polls.

- The
exit polls were 100 percent accurate in 48 of the 50 states with only
two exceptions,
Florida and Ohio -
and Florida and Ohio have one thing in common -The Diebold
voting machine and O’Dell the owner of the company who makes and
markets the machine, a staunch Bush supporter, fundraiser, and
resident of Crawford, Texas.

- This
election was stolen from us, George Bush does not hold the highest
office by the will of the people, but through a conspiracy to
over-throw the Constitution of the
United States
. Both the B.B.C. and media in
England
have openly declared this election a fraud, and so has
Italy
.

- World
opinion is justified in concluding that the American people were
deceived, they believed their vote counted, but in reality their vote
wasn’t counted at all, George Bush has declared himself above the
will of the people, he declared himself a King.

- Now
is the time to take a stand, it is time we make our voice heard both
loud and clear; anyone who was not allowed to vote has a civil rights
action against the perpetrators, for monetary damages; perhaps if
lawsuits are filed, the very much controlled Department of Justice
will begin an investigation and bring criminal charges; if not
complaints can be filed with the United States Congress, a Republican
Congress who voted against requiring these Voter machines to have a
paper trail.
We no longer have the option to stand by and do nothing. If we
do, we leave a legacy of submission and servitude for our children and
grandchildren.

of Sandy Murphy (Ted Binion Murder Trial)- and with Melvin Belli
(Toxic Mold case in Nevada)- Sandy Murphy’s
conviction was overturned-she is now going through a new trial
for the alleged murder of Ted Binion the heir to the Horseshoe casino
in Las Vegas. Mr. Ferm has been considering ways to turn this around,
and thought -if we can find someone in
Florida
and or
Ohio
who wants to make a stand - what happened to them is a CIVIL RIGHTS
violation, the best and easiest candidate would be individuals who
were PREVENTED from voting. He is prepared to help with the Legal--it
is a matter of getting the word out--
