On my birthday last year, Federal District Judge John D. Bates ruled that the arm of this federal government that should be protecting me from abuse of power in the executive branch of government has no power to do that.
Why?
On December 9, 2002, Federal District Judge John D. Bates ruled that "the investigative arm of Congress has no legal standing to sue the vice president for refusing to turn over energy policy documents, a major victory for the Bush administration and a blow against congressional oversight of government affairs, scholars and analysts said yesterday" (Washington Post, December 10, 2002). Some birthday present.
I cannot keep up with the tidal waves of assaults on my civil rights and liberties that this administration has caused day after day after day.
I am so weary of hearing one terrifying news story after another. But I also know that I cannot rest to defend my freedoms, nor those of my children.
I imagine that Mr. Cheney wants US to guzzle oil for war for his exclusive private profit, and that he met secretly with Enron, GW ¹s biggest campaign contributor in the spring of 2001 to guarantee that privately, secretly to make ³public policy ² for him. But that's just private speculation, you know.
And some privatized public judge decided to let our public official and administration to keep public information private, secret when Cheney met with Enron [Enron that put GW Bush into the White HouseÅÅ] in the spring of 2001, before 911 to talk about our ³national energy policy ²ÅÅour public as in everybody ¹s business. Conflict of Interest, Anyone? Keep critical public information private? Why? Is GW afraid that we might know or learn something?
Hello? Is this a democracy? Do we still value Balance of Power, the US Constitution or the Bill of Rights? No? What then?
If Mr. Cheney and Bush and a GOP judge won't share the public information with the public about the covert conspiracy of Enron and the CIA and the Bush administration and the oil industry to erect an oil pipeline through Afghanistan openly of, by, for private profit at public taxpayer expense with the help of the military and poor youth for CEO profit, then I'll need to use my very wild imagination:
I imagine that Mr. Cheney, Bush, Enron and the oil and weapons industry threatened the Taliban with a "carpet of gold... or a carpet of bombs" as reported in 2002 to erect an oil pipeline when the Taliban refused, before 911 when the Taliban refused to allow the US to erect an oil pipeline through Afghanistan (Brisard, 2002). Is that why the Bush administration wanted to attack Afghanistan? Did the Bush administration help to covertly plan the 911 attacks very secretly to cause war to justify the attack of Afghanistan and Iraq to cause profits for private CEOS of war profiteers, oil barons and construction magnates, of Halliburton of Mr. Cheney, and to lift the popularity ratings of our president who's ratings were low before that? To install the well-planned Patriot Act and fear, fright, flight, fight to justify invading privacy of the many to control the many. to take from the many to get for some secretive few of private privilege for private profit? Secretly of course, sugar coated in private privilege.or abuse of power?
I imagine that Mr. Cheney and Bush and Enron and the oil industry and ad industry sharpshooters know that Americans have indeed erected sprawling cities and consumptive wheels on pavement for private profit to drink oil without end in apathy as a drunkard to fuel appetites for more oil and war.
Without end? At public taxpayer expense? In costs impossible to count in cash? Off the corporate books of the Pentagon, anyway.
I imagine that Cheney, Bush, Enron, Bush's CIA, the GOP and the oil industry and the NRA knew that an unending war would cause a greater demand for oil and weapons of, by, for private cash, tax free, of course, causing more and more private cashflow floods for secretive private CEO sectors and speculators and construction guys, blaming the other guy, the guys of stolen IDs and remote control. Did remote control technology cause the planes to crash on 911? At public taxpayer expense.
Then just cover it up with executive privilege.
I imagine that an unending war would be a great way to crush civil liberties of the many enough to seize totalitarian control of the many unsuspecting to take from the many to get for the private self for private profitbooks of some private CEOs, secretly of course, to crush the many that ask too many questions. It's about resources, about oil, Stupid. First, the administration denied this. Then they admitted it.
It ¹s about life.
I imagine that three thousand lives of "collateral damage" in the US on 911 is a small price to pay for abundant cashflow floods to flow right into the Right private pocketbooks of a privileged and secretive privatizing few weapons dealers of, by, for privatized cash for totalitarian control for deregulating government, for a criminal government to push secretive and cash-driven weapons-driven policy of the GOP for oil, oily policy for weapons of, by, for private cash, of, by, for a covert military-industrial-corporate-oil-and-weapons-and-bulldozing complex alive and well fighting an illegal war. Premptive and unilateral strikes violating international law. At public taxpayer expense? In costs impossible to count in cash? Illegal war forever? Dressed in images of virtual illusion and mirage to sell the unacceptable as acceptable? To boost presidential polls of the president who know that war fills private pocketbooks of those he needs to pay back for putting him into the White House? Crushing diverse voices of the political opposition? No.
Try again. Cause blessing, not curse. Now. 80+ years from now. And hope for a real democracy and life. And lasting peace and prosperity of, by, for all for your children's childrens' children generations from now if you can imagine that far. And work to value life. Or is it too late? No.
Disparate worlds implode, and the Republican party of Ronald Reagan and George Bush and Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld and the Wolfowitz Doctrine work hard to cause disparity..of, by, for private privilege and private profit and cash of course--- assuming erroneously that the private self needs to take from the many to get for the private self to win, 'winning' defined in cashflow floods that destroy life, life impossible to count in cash. Ironic.
Ironically, cashflow systems of, by, for private profit value the most critical flows for life the least and the least critical flows for sustaining life the mostÅÅÅcashflow counts counting critical air and water and soil and sun and care the least, inverselyÅÅÅcashflow counts counting deadly cash and diamonds and gold and oil the mostÅ.to destroy life.
Why self-destruct?
Instead, give me Democrats and democracy of vision and wisdom able to plant gardens of peace and prosperity open and free enough to grow riches of the earth, not war of cash-driven bulldozer politics of a covert screenplay written by some hidden supremacists covert. Now.
Or have the war profiteers driven us into wastelands desertified by oil spills, toxic bombs of war, secrecy smothering US, costs of curse consuming us already? Costs impossible to count in cash.
Enter the covert Wolfowitz Doctrine .....[Jon Basil Utley, August 24, 2001] morphed into the Project for the New American Century, a very covert pyramid scheme, scam and secrecy of the radical and stealth military-industrial-corporate-Religious-Right-that-is-neither to crush any competition to complete, totalitarian, absolute military domination of The World, crusades brought to you by Bush Inc., invasions of nations rich in oil, labeled ³terrorist ² of course to take from the many to get for the private self. Enter the revelation that GW's grandfather, Prescott Bush served on the board of the Union Bank that helped put Adolf Hitler into power in Germany, and the picture becomes even clearer. No, I guess Hitler and Neosupremacists and their plans and planes for world domination by a supreme few members of that stealth military-industrial-corporate-Religious-Right-that-is-neither club over the enslaved many are not dead.
Hitler, also planned world domination to take resources from others, Germany an import nation during the Great Depression of the 1930s, hungry for more..
Now, our nation, hungry for more oil wants more. But what would Jesus do?
GW Bush, Inc. plans to take from the many to get for the private self, here and abroad. Here and in Iraq and in Iran and in Syria and in North Korea and on and on. At public taxpayer expense. But when we could conserve resources to prevent war?
Yes, it does seem that 911 was only the first act in a very well-written screenplay, secretive copy to sell war to US for private profit for some privatizing and secretive few, weapons dealers and oil barons and those who hope for Armagedeon, those who put Mr. Bush into the White House to cause it. For private profit. For greed.
But we ain't buyin'. I will ride my bike miles before I send my son or daughter off to war to fight for private profit to fill privatizing CEO pocketbooks of, by, for covert oil profiteers pushing private policy in a public nation for All......in the White House.
Totalitarian comfort and convenience at all costs? Or hope, instead?
We need real public leaders, Democrats and many brave souls, Patriots to pull US out of this tailspin. Out of this mess. Help. Or Hell....
Give me totalitarian comfort and convenience at all costs? No. Public rights, instead.
Impeach Bush now.
