Snake Oil and Politics
I have been cruising around the liberal and conservative sites, observing and taking a few notes. Problem is, the notes are short and the boring is long.

HELP! I DON'T UNDERSTAND
(1 comments)
I watched a documentary on the Afghanistan and Iraq war going on, it's history and what led up to the invasions, "No End In Sight". I felt that the information provided was factual and without propaganda value particularly.
I am left with the general question; what the hell is going on? Actually I have had this question for some time. It appears that there are 4 possible answers. If there are more, please set me straight.

Making the Case for Self-Sacrifice

As terrible as climate change and peak oil are, they also represent an enormous opportunity for us to change the pattern of placing the burden of our failures on our children.
We have to convince people that the price is worth the prize.

Coverup in Full Swing
The Powers That Be are rapidly succeeding in making such a muddied mess of Benazir Bhutto's assassination that nobody will ever be able to say with certainty what happened. This will go down as another unsolved mystery. You watch.

The Military is Planning for THE END of the GRID.
With the eagerness and drive of a baseball player on steroids, the largest financial powerhouses in the nation have been gobbling up publicly owned utilities since George W. Bush signed the new energy bill last fall ... These privately owned giants will be able to arbitrage (grid) energy to the highest bidder.

"Hostile" Iranian Ships Hyped By War-Hungry Neo-Cons On Eve Of Bush Trip
(2 comments)
Desperate for a Gulf of Tonkin style incident to reinvigorate momentum for an attack on Iran after the National Intelligence Estimate derailed the push for war, the Pentagon is crying foul over the alleged hostile intent of Iranian Revolutionary Guard boats after an incident in the Strait of Hormuz this weekend.

Where's Osama?

If the unproven government theory that Osama bin Laden masterminded the 9/11 attacks, why has he not been captured and brought to justice? From this video, it's clear that taking Bin Laden out of circulation is not only not a priority for Bush, Bush is not even remotely interested in the topic and visibly contemptuous of those who are.

Benjamin Fulford Interviews David Rockefeller About Illuminati, Asian Opposition
On November 13, 2007 Fulford received a tip that David Rockefeller was on his turf, and without hesitation Fulford arranged to meet with him to ask some questions. It is not odd for a reporter who's career has been filled with Financial News jobs, to sit down with the former head of Chase Bank, Except when its Benjamin Fulford and David Rockefeller.

Pakistan polls 'impossible' on Jan. 8
This is something to keep an eye on. It is an obvious "false flag"
operation and could be a preview of coming attractions in the US
this year.

Bringing Leonard Peltier to Iowa and New Hampshire
The Clintons are running for a third term in the White House. As expected, their first eight years in office are being given thorough scrutiny.
The disagreements are deep and generally predictable. But it is equally predictable that there is one issue-one man- being totally ignored by the mainstream media.
His name is Leonard Peltier.

Judge "Urged" Not To Ask About CIA Tapes
We need to follow up on this as it might be a major chink in their armor. Has the potential to be another Watergate or Monicagate if handled aggressively.
