About a year ago we arranged our desks with small narrow tables on top to allow us to stand at our computers. We usually are moving when we work at our computers and we feel much better since we started doing that. We also keep jazzy music on in the background which tends to keep us moving. We have a lot fewer aches and pains. Long sitting isn't good for anyone. The screen is also easier to see, no neck craning. Try it.
