I am a physician and a medical school teacher, intentionally iconoclastic and heretical in those roles. I am a lifelong liberal, but skeptical of SOME unrealistic conspiratorial theories. I am appalled that special interests (read $$$) have taken over our government, and desperately hoping that we will now have a government interested in the national and global welfare, rather than only their own re-election and the financial well being of their cronies.
