Reorganizing America: Returning to the 10th Amendment
(2 comments) We know, from our history, government closest to the people works best. The growth of Federal Departments, with Cabinet Secretaries, has served to confuse and disrupt duties, which are, for the most part, 10th Amendment functions for the local and state governments, and the people. The 10th Amendment twas right and proper and should be observed.

Waxman Has Questions For Bush on CIA Leak Case
(3 comments) Yesterday in a letter to President Bush, Rep. Waxman asks for a full accounting of the President's and Vice President's actions in authorizing leaks of classified intelligence about Iraq, while at the same time concealing the President's knowledge of serious doubts about Iraq's pursuit of nuclear weapons.
