(10 comments) Bush essentially giving himself power to declare himself King, castrating our Nation as we know it. Signed by Bush, May 9, 2007. Giving him the ability to declare null & void the powers of the House and Congress, State Governments, 2008 election, our freedom, etc. etc., with whatever whim he so chooses or manufactures. Where are our elected voices in outrage?
