At first, the official story was good enough. Alternative theories appeared to be at most, curiousities, the work of mad tin-foil hatters. Later though, upon closer inspection, these "conspiracy theories" revealed themselves to be much more cogent than the threadbare official story. Sadly, the 911 Commission report was also as unsatisfactory. Reading David Ray Griffin's two books below made me doubt the official story completely.
