I am a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, specializing in helping my clients figure out what is holding them back from living their lives at 100%. I have a private nutrition counseling practice in Annapolis, MD and over the phone. I love educating clients, friends, family, the world, about how food can change everything. I am a strong believer in sustainable and organic agriculture, and have a community garden plot near where I live in Washington, DC. Food is the common denominator that connects us all across racial, cultural, economic and other boundaries. How it's grown, what is sprayed (or not sprayed) on it, who is selling it, how it interacts with your body...I love investigating all of these areas.
