Also, notably, I was a close friend of legendary blues giant Howlin' Wolf, the prime jumpstarter of the Brit Rock invasion, a father of Rock, and the true king of Chicago Delta-based electric blues... a wise, progressive man FAR ahead of his time (he made sure band members got retirement and social security, back in the day). Hearing him, Sam Phillips of Sun Records said, "now I know where the soul of man goes, and never dies". His incidiary anti-racist song, "Coon on the Moon" predicted a black man in office as president. You can hear that online at numerous sites, and I highly recommend you do.
