CRIMINAL LOBBYIST Lobbying is the practice of private advocacy with the goal of influencing a governing body via the poor, the uneducated, the defenseless, the imprisoned, the ugly, the second class citizens, the superfluous, in order to ensure that an individual's or organization's point of view is represented in the society they choose to peacefully occupy. A lobbyist is a person who is paid to influence legislation / direct plural democracy.
