Marcos

I was born in Chicago, but at 4 month old I was in Argentina. There I was involved with Union and Political organizing, and in 1976 I needed to come to the US.

I worked with KPFK's Latino Collective, wrote opinion articles for "La Opinion", and worked in Human Rights and Hispanic/Latino Issues.

In 2003 we moved to Iowa, and I have been involved with Presidential and Senatorial Campaigns here, as well as with the Democratic Party. I'm the past Chair of the Iowa Democratic Party Hispanic Caucus.

I worked for the Kucinich Campaign both in 2004 and 2008.
