WillMalven received his BS in Biology in 1975 with a minor in mathematics, chemistry, and geography from LSU Shreveport and University of Houston.
He worked for 25 years in the oil industry, in exploration, enhanced downhole fluids recovery, and enhanced refining processes.
He is a lifelong Republican and Conservative, casting his first vote for Richard Nixon in 1972, with no regrets.
