Albert R. Wight is a veteran of WWII, the Korean War, and the cold war, in Army intelligence, has a Ph.D. in psychology, and has lived and worked overseas, in many different countries, for over twenty years, with the Army, the World Bank, Harvard Institute for International Relations, and as a private consultant in international business and joint ventures.
