Military: Enlisted 1943, Active Air Force B-29 747, then Infantry in Japanese occupation (Nagasaki Ken) with 34th Inf. Regt., then National Guard, then 31 years unpaid Reserve. Qualified Infantry, Armor, Artillery, Anti Aircraft and Guided Missle, Engineer, and Transportation Officer. Graduate Command and General Staff College. Retired as Corps Commander in 1986.
