Tom Degan

Tom Degan is a former Green Party candidate for New York State Senate. He writes on a blogsite called, The Rant by Tom Degan. He is the recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom.....Okay, he didn't really receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom. But he did get a ribbon of sorts when he was in the Cub Scouts.
