Rich Aucoin is co-founder of Antiwar League and FilibusterForPeace.org. He was the 2002 Libertarian candidate for Lt. Governor of Massachusetts while also serving as Outreach Director for the 2002 statewide ballot initiative to End the MA state income tax, which received 45.3% of the vote.
