Saturday, April 4, 2009 Jim Crow Granted Permanent Residence in New Mexico

Friday, March 27, 2009 Anticipating a "most Favorable "Decision
This diary was written following a hearing in the Federal District Court of New Mexico. The issue is the proper administration of election franchise--voting rights--and as they extend upon a candiadte for office and the signatures of the people that are the petition. That is the very "soul of the Constitution". The interrruption of those processes are the core of the American constitutional scheme. "it is the beacon of light which is to whole of the world--and where oppression is often marked with extreme human tragedies.

Several subpoena were issued in the Matter before the US District New Mexico for New Mexico in this case--on the "motion of Mary Herrera, Secretary of State toi Dismiss. Essentially, witnesses are called to prove a showing of "invidious discrimination" rather than the several "kickbacks" and "illegal activities of political fundraising--which seem to pop up in the showing of invidious discrimnination. Below is the response of the Petitioners to the "Motion to quash"
Thursday, January 1, 2009 Response to Motion of Governor Bill Richardson upon Collateral Defenses
The acts and challenges upon the question of a license requirement were intended to deprive the active participation in the office of the District Attorney. They may have well put on white robes and hoods and declared "This is the law here." And that is "Final".

Wednesday, August 13, 2008 UPdate on 505
The 505 CASE is a question of adding additional qualifications to tossing me off the ballot in he primary--and thus de facto amending the state's constitution. I am asking to enforce the right to run, and absent specious acts, oppositional frauds, and irresponsible regulation. All resuting in a outcome which is legitimate and with imperfect intents.

Wednesday, April 2, 2008 Prepatory Draft to Complaint Challanging Candidacy
This is a story of bad bad lawyers overstepping the bounds and details of the election code. The year is 2008-- and they awaited silently in the land of enchantment as if it was the land of entrapment
Monday, March 10, 2008 Regarding Internet Scams
I received a friendly forward of the amber alert from one of my Democratic friends. The concern of a missing child is one that naturally takes a priority--but this one seemed like a hook.
Tuesday, July 31, 2007 TURN ON THE GREENS (1 comments)
relegating the Green party to minor party status means none of the Green candidates will have their names printed on the ballots in New mexico. Exclusion is the Ultimate disenfranchisement. Denying them standing is denying the full expression of the vote.

Senator Pete has got to Go. He is at the core of the Republican obstructions, and his remaining means more and more war, no accountability for Bush or Cheney or the whole lot..And that certainly is not what America needs or the People want. SENATOR PETE IT'S TIME TO GO..

The scales of requirements at first glance seem orderly--but the scales are weighted everso and result in that which cannot be.
Thursday, May 17, 2007 MARK POSTAL IMPROVEMENTS
The pathway to peace is in that which government does. One thing that can be measured as done or not by modern civilized societies is a postal system and assurances of delivery.

Thought you'd find this statement of interest. The surge policy is one that defers the liability of the United States in carrying out a foreign policy absent the principles of international human rights, and all the counter Military misinformation .It is so imperfect, I'm not sure where to begin though it is a best practice to begin with greeting and agreement . I suppose I could agree that it is a "difficult environment. In November, I wrote as an 'imperfect position"-- not the type of thing that is tyhe substantial nation building that Americans speak in their contibutions and hearts and the United States has traditional been respective of in the theaters and forums of the world.

Thursday, February 22, 2007 On Impeachment before NM Senate Committee
The New Mexico Senate Resolution No.5 calls upon the Congress to impeach President Bush and Vice President Cheney. The Resolution received a 5-0 "do pass" from the Senate rules Committee. The measure now moves before the NM Senate Public Affairs Committee where remarks are limited before the committee and it is anticipated Republican opposition will appear. Senators Mary Kay Papen and David Ulibarri are the swing votes on Public Affairs. Both are Democrats. They should be contacted by constituents, especially as Senaotr stated a disinlination to approve a "do pass". The following are my remarks distributed to the members of Public Affairs Committee.
