(5 comments) This act (H.R. 5889, The Orphan Works Act of 2008) if passed would render, according to those in the arts, all copyrights impotent. So, the result is if one is a writer, composer, novelist, journalist, painter, illustrator, logo designer, Musician, singer, sound mixer, chef, or any artist, your rights to the fruits of your labor are gone and so are your royalties. Do you want that?

AN END TO LIFETIME APPOINTED SUPREME COURT JUSTICES!
(6 comments) I have an idea, which will return Sanctity to the Supreme Court (SC) through a Constitutional amendment. As it now stands changes in government administration leaves the appointments on the SC to blind luck of the draw-a shoot of the dice, whomever happens to be in Office when justices die or need to retire.

Probe of Crude Oil Trading Disclosed Commodity Futures Trading Commission Says
(7 comments) I watched with interest as oil company CEO's thumbed their nose at congress with the same arrogant and provocative smirk displayed by the onetime sleaze US Attorney, of which it is now alleged can't even find a job sweeping floors at any legitimate, conscientious, law firm. As one fool said, "We only make one cent per gallon on gasoline. I heard a fellow in our local Sports Restaurant, bar, say during that newscast, "Lord there is no shame in these lying war criminals. May the Lord strike them with that smirk being frozen permanent and on the spot like the Joker (Jack Nicholson) in the First Batman Film."

A Campaign Suggestion For Barack Obama (Or Hillary)
(4 comments) McCain can be had, it just takes some toughing out and the Cojones to attack now while the iron is hot. To beat him one has to be tough, ballsy, rough. Hillary can do it, can Obama. The time for philosphy is over, it is time to bury the Tomahawk where it belongs, in the center of the Republican's errors.

Why We May Never See The Real USA Again
(30 comments) Are the three candidates playing for ego, money and celebrity or are they trying to save our sacred Democracy? I say they are playing to the lowest common denominator in America-the dumbest crowds on the planet, and settling for great wealth at the munificence of lobbyists. Rock Star status with huge money and celebrity status is the goal, in my not often humble opinion.

The War, The Pope, And His Protégé' GW Bush

The Pope's Visit, Is It Less Than Welcome?
(38 comments) The Pope will again visit GW Bush, and probably not Boston. The Boston diocese has gone bankrupt defending Pedophiliac priests, so he is avoiding them. Instead he visits the mass-murderer he supported as president who is responsible for 1.5 million murders of Iraqi's, as well as 4.2 million Iraqi Diaspora, 4 million casualties and 3.5 million virtually homeless, and countless rapes and other abuses of human rights. That makes a lot of moral sense, does it not?

Ron Paul and Elliot Spitzer; Nailing The Next FDR's
(14 comments) When the Government, with a vengeance, went after Elliot Spitzer for doing what comes naturally, it confirmed my incessant writings against The Patriot Act, The Military Commissions Act of 2006, the government spying on American citizens, all of which were approved or ignored with acquiescence by head's in the seats of their pants, by silly Democrats in cowards clothing.

Pope: Enough with Slaughters in Iraq
(2 comments) He served in The Nazi German Army in WW II and was a member of the Hitler Youth Group. How I Feel-In Congress, July 4, 1776
(7 comments) Below is how I feel about the horrors unleashed by this administration aided and abetted by our own congress and their misuse of our resources, of profiting through Usury on oil which costs $00.02 per gallon, making 190% profit and the excesses of the Military, Medical, Industrial Complex upon American fighting men and women, innocent American citizens and those, innocent, civilian Iraqi's and many other nations and peoples of the world. I hope you all agree. While some of the offenses listed below are different from those we now suffer, new technology has added many offenses not discussed herein. Now, we have lost the most precious gifts God and our forefathers gave us, our freedom of communications, our Constitution and Bill of rights. We must get them back.

Nader's Real Agenda: An Encounter With His Organization
