I consider myself a spiritual activist. I believe that everyone is innately good and intimately connected with all living entities. All cultural systems and institutions work against our true self. This includes religion and, often, family. It is my activist work to help you restore your natural self--to heal your spirit, if you will.

You deserve to live your life on your terms for yourself. In order for me to treat you equally and justly, I must acknowledge this fact and encourage you in your life's process.

Some would classify me as a Baby Boomer due to my age. However, I align myself philosophically with Generation X. It is the Baby Boomer Generation that seeks to keep people in the very systems and institutions that are destroying our lives. The younger generations are kept in the dark about alternatives. Therefore, they feel lost and without hope. I am part of an underground movement to give these generations hope by sharing with them ideas on how to break from cultural systems and institutions... the very ideas that the Baby Boomers would rather us not know.

I'm a single gay man who has been repressed by my family and religious upbringing. I came out to myself in 2002 when I decided that enough is enough. No longer would I allow my family or my religious past to attempt to change me into a heterosexual. Sexual orientation cannot be changed. Any attempt to do so harms the individual.
