I identify with the documentary testimony of Scott Forbes, Senior Database Administrator Fiduciary Trust-2001, relating with my own military and systems analyst experience. The issues of building security and conflicting interests of building owners and investment firms are highly suspect, the need of an independent investigation is paramount.
