Dan Rosenblum is an expert on regulatory law and policy with extensive experience as both a regulator and as an advocate. He co-founded the Carbon Tax Center and is also a Senior Attorney at the Pace Energy and Climate Center. He has over fifteen years of experience as an energy and environmental attorney advocating for increased energy efficiency and renewable energy to reduce the environmental footprint of the energy industry. He also has over sixteen years of energy and telecommunications regulatory experience, as a member of the Illinois Commerce Commission, senior staff at the New York Public Service Commission, and attorney for the City of New York, State of New York and low-income consumers in Chicago.
