There's a lot less to Dick Brooks than meets the eye. Currently, I own a couple of businesses in DE and NJ and was a licensed driver-trainer-owner* in harness racing (standardbreds), although I exercised some thorobreds occasionally when the opportunities arose. For the record, I have never raced a two year old for reasons well spelled out in my initial submission. *Within the last few days I've been in contact with the USTA and I'll be renewing all my licenses within the next few weeks. I'm also negotiating for a piece of commercial property in south Jersey in which a number of commercial enterprises will be established.
