I have been a commentator on the ascent of consciousness, via social networking, from a unique South African viewpoint since the net became available in South Africa, back in 1990. My first column was 'The Schwann Column', which was published by Intelligence Magazine (Hardcopy) in 1995.
I have contributed media to several international conferences, plus a live performance at the LSD Symposium in Basel in 2006 on the occasion of Dr. Albert Hofmann's 100th birthday, where I showed "True Hallucinations", and addressed a large audience of 'elders'.
In my post-corporate existence I have lectured college students, filmed rocket launches and observed solar eclipses for South African Astronomical Observatories, for whom I also produced educational programs. I was responsible for the first official international press release for South African Large Telescope's (SALT) 'first-light' images. I directed and produced videography for the International Astronautical Congress in Cape Town in 2011.
My next gig is with Graham Hancock, Prof. Eduardo Luna and other luminaries at the Khanyisa Conference in Joburg on 26 and 27th of October 2013, where I will be giving a multimedia presentation entitled;
"A Zeitgeist Accelerator - The Cyberspace Evolution of the Psychoactive mind"
I currently reside in a leafy suburb of Cape Town in an old Victorian house inhabited by two dogs, my remaining kid and lovely wife. I have four children in all and enjoy riding my 1300cc V2 cruiser whenever I can. I don't like aeroplanes.
