I worked as a broadcast TV engineer for twenty years after graduating from Indiana University. Later, I worked for Social Security as a Disability Examiner and then as a Research Coordinator at a HIV clinic. Nowadays, I repair, restore and collect vintage electronic equipment. My husband and I share a home in Tucson, Arizona with our two dogs, Barney and Pebbles.

If anybody tried to come up with a carbon footprint for the XXX Olympiad, I guarantee you it would be watered down, politically sanitized or outright fudged if in fact it could get past the IOC without being charged a royalty or quashed entirely.
