Sunny is a writer in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. For more than 20 years, she has concentrated on poetry. Person number one is her husband, who is an expert in his field. Sunny is the entire in-house support staff. The business has two websites. She designed one of them. It tells people ("end-users" of electricity, oil, natural gas, etc.) how to save money and, by the way, be more energy-efficient without hiring a consultant. It's not terribly useful for people in their own homes or apartments. It's aimed at people managing energy use in hospitals, universities, and large corporations. That's also the marketplace for the business.
