Why I worry about computerized voting A mistake in computer programming created ballots which were not properly coded for processing. This led to additional work required by the elections office, to do a workaround. But more worrisome than that, it is a solid example of the fact that computer programming and verivication of those programs is not an adequate way to run elections. The solution is hand-counted paper ballots.
