John Schettler has been writing and publishing professionally since 1980. A graduate of Loyola University with a degree in English (writing emphasis), Mr. Schettler is the owner and operator of The Writing Shop, focusing on Internet web design and publishing. In addition to numerous monthly op-ed articles, John has also authored seven novels, including the award winning “Meridian” series, which was ForeWord Magazine's "Book of the Year" Silver Medal Winner for science fiction in 2002.
