The USA anti-terrorism war effort is suffering from a lack of imagination for the tactical use of the Internet. Time after time they have managed to turn victory into defeat, ignoring opportunities, not exploiting weaknesses, not exploiting or activating current Internet Resources and Assets.
Lack of response by the US government, leaves a huge gap in the flank of the war effort.
