I served as the Edmonton facilitator of the International Decade for the Culture of Peace 2000-2010, at the request of Dr. Toh Swee-Hin.
In the mid 1980s I organized the steering committee for the Recycling Council of Alberta, which incorporated in 1987.
Am a shareholder of the Alberta CEDNET Co-operative, and I am involved with the Canadian Social Economy Hub. Currently I am a student in the Business Abilities Program which is conducted by the Canadian Society for Social Development. Graduated in 1982 from Alberta College Edmonton, in Legal Office Practice. Have been a member of the Rehabilitation Engineering Society of North America [RESNA], and The Association for the Severely Handicapped [TASH].
Currently serve as secretary of the Kelowna Self Advocates Network.
