Reversal of Position or Compromise of Office?
I replied with an objection to Quash the subpoenas on the Chief Justice and the Clerk of the State Supreme Court. I wasn't writing a novel, but preparing for what would be showing that "invidious discrimination" had occurred. What I was writing was that they needed constitutional integrity. At the core lay an election code that marks representative democracy with a 'modified approach' that has led to such things as described and other more subtle appplications--such as post apportionement precinct shifts "to account for population shifts'. The result is an aristocratic kleptocracy.

Bullying prosecutorial Tactics on Navajo Accused of Battery Met with "MOTIONS"
(1 comments) Chad Redhouse, Navajo, sits in jail challanging a system of law absent the fundamental trial rights which are secured by the Constitution and the constitution of the State of New Mexico. It seems proscutors want to coerce a plea..and he maintains his innocence of the charges. So he gets more time. And no required bond hearings allowing him to prepare for trial.
