Courts are less likely to believe charges of sexual abuse of children made by women, but men falsely accuse at 5 times the rate. Rape is a federal crime, but the only one which cannot be tried in Federal Court. Over 50% of courts are biased against female victims of violence. 3-4 women per day are killed by an intimate partner vs. 1 man, while a rape occurs every 2 minutes in America.
