I had a consultancy practice in Landscape Architecture from which I have now retired. I am also a writer and painter.
I have become increasingly concerned at governments'continuing, and counterproductive, use of violence to solve conflicts. With the failure of leaders to pursue non-violent solutions I have concluded that, if further disasters are to be avoided, civil society must put pressure on those in power to move away from their militaristic stance. I have therefor joined the expanding peace movement.

Trident the Deterrent - A Terrifying Myth
