The Angry and Forgotten of Conservative America If you absolutely believe human life is not a right, and insist that the profit inflated cost of private health care is only a commodity that must be paid for in a free marketplace - a commodity whose cost pits it against the substantial costs of the other basics of survival - then you must by extension accept this permanent and exponentially growing underclass of millions and millions.

Leave Timothy F. Geithner Alone Every member of the House Oversight Committee splayed out before him as he submitted to testimony profited handsomely from the career of Timothy Geithner. Every home, every political office, every lover was made possible for these "elected" officials of Congress by the world people like Geithner constructed. A world they themselves supported.

The Minimum Wage is People The object is not to force a graph line of employed around a chart, the object is to provide dignity, respect, and security for all the humans of our community. When we fail at this, as we often do, we create growing pools of people who know exactly what their situation is, even if we do not. This just makes us smug, and them angry, and nothing more.

Give Iran "The Bomb" Iran is building "the bomb". Iran will be the fifth power in the region to possess the bomb, and is certainly the first of what will soon be a rapid escalation of regional states with the wealth and wherewithal to acquire the bomb. In addition, this proliferation of bomb owning states is a function of economics, and as such, is inevitable, its containment improbable by any rational measure.
