In non-fiction writing I have published in Playgirl Magazine -- a piece on Women in Porn -- and written film reviews for various outlets.
I am an environmental activist and created the video, Greed, Gridlock and Gas, for Grassroots Coalition to help in their effort to save the Ballona Wetlands on the west side of Los Angeles.
I recently created a 60 second pro bono Progressive political commercial entitled Broken Record -- the story of which is available on this site.
I also am a fine art photographer and have had two shows here in Los Angeles.
Writing political essays is a useful diversion from working on that screenplay I've almost finished.
