Individual creativity/intelligence (vs) social/institutional straight jackets.
(2 comments) Our world is filled with chaos and evil. The worst way to deal with it is with establishment institutions, e.g., religion, politics, nationalism, and cults. Individuality is the dog, not the tail, and the power of a liberated individual is the core power of this planet. This is the essence challenge of our species. We must "out grow" these status quo institutions and turn to our individual intelligence/creativity depths.

The Top-Down Strategy.
(3 comments) The Top-Down Strategy is floating around on various fairly "aggressive" sites as an ironic alternative to world-wide revolution. It may have been thought up by the orient as a response to what certain organizations see as western genocide in Oriental countries. All this is debatable, but the jist of the strategy is that if you cut off the head of a snake, you don't have to worry about the body.

The supreme human repression: National/international Revolution is inevitable.
(6 comments) OK, time to wake up. Politics is part of the problem, not the solution. Look at president (definitely lower case) Obama. Hey, the guy's a hologram. Nothing there but treachery. And murder in the name of god (also lower case) religions? More useless garbage. And on and on. No, the bottom line is that Latin and South America are showing the world that the only name of this game is POWER (also known as revolution).

The social crucifixion of the human species.
(1 comments) "Society" is a reality only for delusional identities. Our birthright transcends these ghostly, conceptual games. Even Revolution is a social game. We need to WAKE UP. Only thought junkies agree to be Have Not's. Intelligence transcends all.

More than any person in history, Obama trashed a chance to create a gloriously better world.
(9 comments) Obama was given the opportunity to engineer revolutionary and glorious changes in human history. He could have saved Democracy, working class Americans, and the very planet, but instead he sold his soul to the same "things" Bill Clinton sold his soul to. In short, he's a gutless puppet of the elites, and clearly was such long before the "election". There's no word in any language for the betrayal of this walking spitoon.

The Clinton/Bush legacy of financial terrorism on America
(8 comments) Financial terrorism on the middle and lower classes of America (exempting, of course, the elites) was started by who may be the tipping point traitor for the death of America, Bill Clinton. His strategy was to totally deregulate America's financial infrastructure and what we wake up to in the morning is the result. He then passed on the baton to the Bush Royal Family and the beat went on . . .

Obama is just the newest presidential fly on the elite/corporate stool of history.
(13 comments) The vomitus campaign lies of B. Obama are now self evident to bacteria. But we should never forget that nearly all American presidents have a record of limitless terrorism and deceit. All this corporate moral/rational insanity didn't start with the Bush's. It's been going on pretty much non stop for at least a hundred years. These American Presidential stool-flies will be forever abhorred by the judgment of history.

Does human misery come from victimization or a defective species?
(8 comments) Are Homo sapiens victims of religious fanatics, parasitical elites, and KKKesque right wing fascists? Or are they acting out a world their species defectiveness generates? Two points of view, but since deadbeats, enablers, and Clinton DLC scabs supply necessary social acceptance for The Beast, this means The Beast is "allowed". Only defectiveness would allow such chaos and evil, thus the buck stops with Homo sapien choice.

Bill Clinton is the King of America's deadbeat army of enablers.
Clinton is the King of America's deadbeat enablers. Boy, can this guy talk. He also joined efforts with George Bush to redefine a right of center political deadbeat into a "centrist". He's politics at its worst and politics is now America's form of suicide since it recycles the the status quo forever. The deadbeats, politics (ALL FORMS), and the Haves and religious fanatics are all of a piece. Revolution is calling?

Is the evolution of our species now hopelessly bogged down in evil?
(10 comments) The evil of astronomically rich religious sociopaths is an outer limit in human history. It has changed a country inhabited for hundreds of years into a WW2 concentration camp by the invaders. Genocide in the name of God is now commonplace and both the spirit and pocketbook of America have been similarly contaminated with this evil. When your world is going down for the third time, its time for ultimate hard ball.

We are rapidly sliding back into Bush-Land.
(14 comments) The dems are giving the government back to the pugs as per usual. The pugs should have fundamental control of everything by the end of the year. They don't need a majority. They just need the gutless dems who are so dysfuntional as to be early primates. One wonders why they don't hoot and swing in the trees. Ergo, as always, the bucks stops with apolitical activism, although this time it's a species war with The Beast.

Will Barack Obama please get off the 9/11 fence?
(5 comments) Obama is a maker of meaningless, decorated generalizations. His impotent rhetoric is becoming physically painful. Our country and planet are faced with ULTIMATE, FINAL challenges and yet he just keeps talking and talking. Anybody got any duck tape? He is the quintessence of establishment politics and proof that only apolitical, world wide power of the people can be our salvation. It's transcendence of politics or extinction.

Obama is not now and never will be a hero; however, his status-quoism may catalyze a critical mass of American activists
(20 comments) Obama is turning out to be a nothing. Not a devil, and certainly not a hero. Just a nothing. But in 2009 having a see no evil, hear no evil, and say no evil nothing president is the kiss of death. The times cry for ACTION, not a recycled Ruling Class status quo. However, maybe the Obama "vacuum" will create a space for a politics-transcending critical mass of heroic American activists. Obama is already history.

Look, none of us wanted this, but we must fight fire with fire
(7 comments) Politics and religion are forms of suicide for humanity. We must fight the elites and religious psychopaths with teeth and claws, not social "games". The Haves have kept the Have Nots on the killing floor for roughly 6,000 years. Now its our turn to return the favor. If we don't we are doomed. So what are we waiting for? A miracle? Breaking news! We have to be our OWN miracle. The human species must save itself.

The 6,000 year old 'Have' and 'Have Not' War is now in our face
(49 comments) How can one or two percent enslave the entire human race? By fighting dirty, by stealing elections, by assassination, and genocide, etc. OK, time to wake up! Religious fanatics and astronomically rich elites have kept us on the killing floor for around 6,000 years. Time to ignore their paper political/religious "rules" and return the favor. Time to fight fire with fire! Forget compromise -- its time to go for the jugular.

Dire Desiderata for the 21st Century
(6 comments) Astronomically rich elites and/or murder in the name of God religious fanatics are the core evil of the Earth. Unfortunately, many of us still think politics and religion are "solutions" to this evil. Nothing could be more absurd since politics and religion suicidally "perpetuate" the problem. Humanity must mutate to a different life form. We must leave the old, the past, and memory and open to the new -- to transcendence.

The Belly of the Beast: Unregulated, national/international economics
(6 comments) The belly of The Beast is national/international economics. It's the unregulated theft of planetary natural resources and the labor of numberless working class humans. "Deregulation" is the life blood of The Beast must be replaced with a civilization of the people, by the people, and for the people. We must permanently stop the use of OUR money without any public/governmental regulation. Time to call in all our LOANS!!!

Enough already with Obama's "lesser of the evils" Presidency!
(13 comments) Obama has turned into a "lesser of the evils" President, which is light years away from the person we thought we elected. Also, if Karl Rove was Bush's brain, has Bill Clinton become Obama's brain? The honeymoon is over and we need a presidential President, not someone who thinks it's game over just because he made it to the presidency. What ever happened to that moral/rational man in the primaries? Gone forever?

(19 comments) Our country is dying from 9/11, banks, the Israeli lunatic right wing fringe, unprosecuted tortures and murderers, and the American Dictatorship of the Rich -- to name just five cancers. The face of The Beast: The United Banks of America.
(3 comments) The greed of The Beast has revealed the "face" of The Beast, i.e., banks, banks, and banks. Thus now we know where to focus the moral and financial outrage of "power of the people". And by the way, if your Bank of America credit card rates have mysteriously gone through the roof, this is what it feels like to touched by the claw hand of The Beast. It's "attack mode" time and we need (and can) bring these banks DOWN!

(31 comments) Sometimes you need feedback and hope from your fellow patriotic Americans. And at the moment, I'm just not sure if America has a future. The banker/elites are so limitlessly evil and POWERFUL I would be grateful if you folks would share with me your optimism that we still have any realistic hope here. What faces us is a paradigm of such hideous and organized evil, I need all the "positive thinking" you can spare. Thanks.

Is humanity finally outgrowing religion?
(22 comments) Is religion, like a bad virus, finally running its course? Give a fool enough rope and he will hang himself. Well, that's what happened to anti-American neocons and their poisonous lobbies. Is the same thing happening to instutional religion -- maybe even belief in God (check out The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins)? After 8 years of Bush, it became clear religious stupidity and genocidal war mongering IS religion. Ugh.

Why is Obama giving a green light to bailed-out-banks to credit card gouge "lower class" Americans?
(7 comments) Banks are running amuck. Bank credit cards are turning into financial coffins. And all this is happening with the benign approval of President Obama. Guess he doesn't have any credit cards from the Bank of America. The "bank thing" is at the absolute core of our dying country. Indeed, they are the "weapons" of the elites (aka, the Haves), since they keep us broken in debt while the 1% elites live like Greek Gods.

It's finally obvious the banks of America ARE America
(14 comments) Banks are the public face of the elites (aka, the Haves), and they play the money game which is pushing humanity to extinction. Money is the God of "money changers" and Jesus knew just what to do with them -- scourge them out of the temple (the Spiritual Sanctuary). When you get a letter from your Vampire Bank of choice, be prepared to hear your interest rate has gone through the roof. And who is STILL getting "bail outs"?

(20 comments) We can't pretend anymore. We have an Obama/Clinton/AIPAC Presidency. The Chinese are calling us the United States of Israel, and elitist Bill Clinton appointed the traitors who deliberately set up the infrastructure that murdered our economy (with eight years of help from pyscho/greed Republicans) And Obama has appointed the SAME morons to "fix" the economy? And Obama keeps humiliating America by "obeying" the AIPAC.

The ultimate conflict of human existence: Wisdom vs. The Beast
(8 comments) Ultimately, only wisdom can deal with The Beast (basically a marriage in hell between genocidal fascists and religious fanatics). Everything else is reshuffling the deck of symptoms by institutional religions and/or establishment politics. Indeed, The Beast is made possible only by the collective projections of the core fears of billions of human beings. Transcending these fears is liberation -- including from The Beast.

(3 comments) Wisdom is a forgotten word in our country and most of the planet. Politics at it's best simply decorates our cage. Arguably, the ONLY way to destroy The Beast of religious fanatics, parasitical elites, and the lunatic right wing fringe of every country on the Earth, is to commit to wisdom, since ONLY transcendental wisdom will catalyze the intelligence and energy we need for Salvation from The Beast. It has always been so.

The straight-jackets of humanity are socially conditioned and absolutized institutions.
(6 comments) Our species is basically made up of life forms who are profoundly enslaved by their conditioning, or life forms who have significantly transcended their conditioning -- which is called Liberation. Political, religious, and even marital institutions should be tails only, wagged by the dogs of authentic individuals. Hence, we are now at a "cusp" because ONLY if millions of us transcend our conditioning can we destroy The Beast.

(21 comments) This is an SOS to the human species. Forget countries, political parties, and religious businesses. The hellish stew of mentally ill religious fanatics, the lunatic right wing fringe of every country on the Earth, and parasitical, vampire elites ("The Beast") is rapidly killing the human species. The Scam and the Reality of Israel/Palestine
(13 comments) Enough already with the smoke screen of extremist right wing Israelis that they are fearful of being "pushed into the sea." Not likely, since Israel has incredibly more atomic weaponry than the entire Arab world combined. The Reality is now and always has been simplicity itself. The extremists want THE ENTIRE COUNTRY OF PALESTINE. Absolute proof is in the following quotes . . .

(2 comments) Politics is treating symptoms of symptoms and is simply running in place, but running is place is exactly where the Beast (mentally ill religious fanatics, lunatic right wing fringers of every country on the planet, and parasitical, vampire elites)want to keep the peasant working class. The causes of social chaos and misery are profoundly elsewhere. They lie in the criminally stupid, consensus mind set of our species.

In one form or another, America is headed for Revolution
(10 comments) Politics is not part of the solution; politics IS the problem and until we transcend this lose/lose game invented by and for the elites, we are doomed. We need apolitical (non violent?) Revolution which will destroy The Beast of mentally ill religious fanatics, the extremist right wing of all countries, and astronomically rich, parasitical elites. Two strategies: go internet international, and buy Watergate-like 9/11 moles.

Something new is "coming into form" in America transcending the political game invented by and for the elites
(19 comments) It's time to demote politics to pragmatics, e.g.,politicians as SERVANTS of the people. The ultimate challenge of our species is The Beast (religious fanatics, vampire elites, and right wing extremists), and politics merely recycles the Beast (and has done so for hundreds of years). We need to quantum jump to new modes of consciousness and apolitical action to "deal with" The Beast, i.e., to DESTROY The Beast. We can do it!

Justice & Accountability MUST come before "bipartisanship"! This is Politics 101, and Obama is getting an F.
Obama is crazily "jumping the gun" with his rush into "bipartisanship"! Bipartisanship has value when there's a bare minimum of moral, rational people with which to be bipartisan, but it's suicidal to try to be bipartisan with "The Beast", i.e., astronomically rich elites, lunatic fringe right wing fascists, and religious fanatics who are STILL killing America, Civilization itself, and our mortally threatened human species.

(23 comments) Politics and revolutions simply don't work. Politics is a game invented by and for the elites and blood bath revolutions historically usually make things worse. Hence, we need to quantum jump to a radically new mode to destroy the Beast of the parasitical elites, mentally ill religious fanatics, and the lunatic right wing fringe of all countries. America's core unfinished business: Elite Assassinations, Wars, and Depressions.
(16 comments) We have warehouses of elite unfinished business. The "Great Depression", the Kennedy/King assassinations, the Gulf of Tonkin lie (which "justified" the Viet Nam War), 9/11 (which "justified" Bush's preemptive invasion of Iraq), and our now budding second Depression, etc. The red thread which runs through all this catastrophe and misery are the evil macanations of America's elites. An avalanche of documentation that 9/11 was an "inside job" tip of an iceberg of monstrous, historical evil.
(253 comments) Time to look at possibilities that are as historically and documentedly plausible as they are shattering. Basically two things. The first is that the elites (sometimes known as the Illuminati) have been pulling the strings of human and American existence beyond our wildest dreams. The second is the the world, and Orient in particular, may well be on the verge of doing an "intervention" on us, financially and even violently.

(4 comments) Let's keep it simple. Two things: (1.) The AIPAC doesn't lobby for the State of Israel. They lobby ONLY for extremist right wing, astronomically rich, religious fanatics. (2.) Some informal extensions to mathematical game theory: factoring in elites and religious fanatics.
(3 comments) The sociatal applications of game theory tends to discount the reality of a VERY un-level playing field for social dynamics. In this informal addendum, the "chaos variable" is assumed to be the inevitable result of theocracy, oligarchy, and the lethal combination of the two, e.g., "elite fundamentalists"; something neither Adam Smith nor John Nash significantly addressed. The bottom line of this addendum is that chaos kills.

(30 comments) We now have a "government" of dem/pug puppets of the elites. Even more treasonously, Bush too is clearly a puppet of national/international elites. Hence, since America is now the United States of the Elites, we must very, VERY seriously consider the possibility that national/international elites engineered 9/11! Public Enemy Number One: The Elites (aka, the "Haves")
(4 comments) These last eight years of limitless greed, cruelty, and genocide have taught us that behind the sound and fury of a meaningless ONE dem/party political system/prison (i.e., DLC = RNC) live the Greek God like elites who are responsible for nearly all the human despair, disease, and early death on the planet. (30 comments) After these last eight horror show years of Bush/Cheney evil and greed, millions of Americans now realize that America is a puppet government of the elites. (7 comments) Some mathematical snapshots of America related to playing the lose/lose political game as a form of suicide, but "transcending" the lose/lose political game as a form of liberation -- all mixed together with Newton, Bishop Berkeley, Wittgenstein, the calculus limit, proof by contradiction, and musical notation. Why aren't we dancing in the streets? We just liberated ourselves from an American Dictatorship!
(40 comments) Good news, good news! It's just sinking in (at least for this author) that a month or so ago we didn't just have an election, we liberated ourselves from a totalitarian form of government. In short, we voted ourselves out of a literal Dictatorship. So Obama per se is really secondary to the momentous change that Americans gave the finger to a fascist dictatorship the elites tried so desperately to trap us in forever.

A personal note to my friends (and otherwise) at Op-Ed News.
(15 comments) The Bush horror show years steadily escalated my pieces into a kind of permanent "attack mode". For me, this was 100% appropriate and necessary (and also relatively rare), but national events have moved on and an attack mode of writing is no longer appropriate when tracking the emergence of the Obama Administration. So, even though I still worry about too manly right wing appointments, henceforth Obama has my total support.

Is replacing right wing pugs with right wing dems a significant improvement?
(1 comments) Perhaps the most generous (and probably naive) attitude to take about President Elect Obama is to keep hanging on by our fingernails that the "other" Obama (you know, the idealistic one during the primaries and the Presidential campaign) will one day come out of the closet and diametrically oppose the collective will of his appointees, nearly all of whom are very (if not militantly) right wing dems. Miracles can happen?

(8 comments) We fantasized that Barack Obama was going to America's new FDR, but RDF (Republican/Democratic/Fraud) fits the shoe better. He basically lied to us about everything. No diplomacy for the Middle East after multiple appointments of militant haters of Palestinians and Muslims. Taxes for the rich (his capstone domestic promise)? Maybe later. Everything he's doing is FAR to the right of the idealistic Americans who elected him.

This "lesser of the evils" & "making the best of things" is crap!
(4 comments) Obama's announcement that the elites may not be taxed for SEVERAL YEARS was the final straw. All the evidence to date is that Barack Obama is chaining us to a dead and rotting past at least as much a John McCain. It's also clear this is going to a DLC Clinton machine/Obama Presidency -- in that order. So meaningless promises and pseudo "idealism" to the contrary, here we go again with the samo dem/pug ONE PARTY system. Ugh.

Has Obama turned into a liar, liar, pants on fire President Elect?
(9 comments) Obama is turning out to be a man with a very forked tongue. Or maybe he's just a guy who is easily intimidated by people with power and money. Nearly all the promises he made during the campaign have the value of dirt. He's basically lied about everything, from his alleged diplomatic approach to the middle east, to appropriate taxes for elites. No matter, all this is speeding the formation a Progressive Party with teeth!

The core cancer of planet Earth is STILL the Israeli/Palestinian "conflict".
(2 comments) The Israeli/Palestinian cancer still rules the planet, and so far President Elect Obama has not poured any healing oils on these troubled waters. Indeed, exactly the opposite since so far he hasn't thrown a bone to the Palestinians and the Muslim world in general. Even barnyard animals know the ONLY solution to the Middle East sewer is diplomacy and compromise, but the DLC/Obama Administration can't seem to spell such words.

Flash! Progressives know full well DLC "centrism" is a code word for elitist right wing dems.
(5 comments) So far, Obama seems to be ignoring his liberal base and is abandoning his commitment to treat the metastasized cancer of the Middle East with even handed compromise and diplomacy. What deals did Obama make during the election and are they now fettering him from creating his personalized "new deal" and leaving the dead and rotting DLC past this election has overwhelmingly mandated him to leave?

Time to start taxing the deadbeat "religious institutions".
(12 comments) It's easy to be rich if you're an un-taxed corporation (an exact description of deadbeat "religious institutions"). Look, they tried (and are still trying) to engineer a religious coup d'etat and turn America into a religious dictatorship; they manufacture religious terrorists in the MILLIONS; and they unforgivably betrayed America and the Earth during the Bush years, AND WE DON'T EVEN TAX THEM! Time to end this free ride.

What have these last eight years taught us about institutional religions?
(1 comments) Institutional religions, like the 2006 dem congress, have turned out to be collections of squeaking mice. They also seem to host murder in the name of God psychopaths. So who needs 'em. Perhaps these last eight years will prod evolution to select out these self-obsessed institutions once and for all. They certainly weren't there when we desperately needed them during the sociopathic Bush years.

It's not a matter of giving Obama a chance. It's a matter of giving LIBERALS a chance.
(5 comments) Liberals are already being trashed in the emerging Obama Administration. Appointing Rahm Israel Emanuel as chief of staff was a declaration of war on progressives. This guy has record of denigrating progressives and war mongering that is to the right of most pugs. This man DOES NOT represent the will of the American people, because the "base" of America is now progressive and liberal. Are you even listening, Obama?

Obama's EPA appointment will supremely define his place in human history.
(7 comments) Of all of Obama's appointees, the supremely important one is the head of the EPA. "Earth issues" (survival, for openers) now transcend in importance all other government issues put together. Hey, no viable human environment, no humans. Duh. Obama has already set a somewhat anti progressive (the people who elected him) tone with his appointments, so this must be his ONE decision that 100% transcends "politics

Justice MUST be served!!!
(8 comments) Justice and accountability have been meaningless words for the last eight years, but now all that is over. It's time for these criminals, mass murderers, and infinite traitors to be held accountable to the limit of the law. This is NOT the time for nicey nice bipartisan dancing in the fields together. These people are monsters and must be treated accordingly. If not, they'll be back in our face in a heartbeat.

Bottom line, what have we learned during these last eight years?
(3 comments) These last eight years have taught us that the Republican Party is now an army of criminals, traitors, and murderers. They are responsible for 9/11, the bankruptcy of our economy, the rape of Mother Nature, and contrived money cow oil wars for the elites. In short, these years haven't been politics as usual; they have been a coup d'etat war in which Bush is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of of people.

Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Progressives & Democrats. Let's WIN this thing!!!
(4 comments) The goal posts are approaching. Victory is in sight, so now more than ever we should be cheering on our team on the field. Except this cheering mostly means making sure EVERYONE GETS OUT THERE AND VOTES. Yeaaaaa Obama! Yeaaaaa Biden! Our Democratic/Liberal standard-bearers of human Civilization. Mounting enthusiasm, faith, and aggressive activism will save our country, Civilization, and the Earth. It's all up to us now.
