Why Unions Have Failed, and Obama Should Let Them
(2 comments) This essay relates my personal experiences in two unions:: Communications Workers of America and The International Brother hood of Electrical Workers. I discuss my experiences within the context of two historically Black Unions: the Pullman Porter Union and the Boston Society of Vulcans, and how workers unions have failed to include/represent minorities, women and the disabled..
