Struggled at Wayne State University shortly before finding Jack Kerouac and taking to the road....I spent my twenties and early thirties traveling the U.S. and the world ....... Trying to escape the Vietnam war.......and pursuing religious understanding. I was a hash seeker in the late sixties and early seventies, traveling to Morocco, Lebanon, Turkey, Afghanistan and was refused entry to Nepal.
After my return to the U.S. in 1971, I resumed living in New York and moved into Forsythe Street with my future wife with whom I am currently married.
