Will we allow the Republicans to make the poor and the unemployed into the Jews of 1930s Germany? One of the first things the Nazis did at the start of their program for the total oppression of the Jews was to make it unlawful for them to vote. The Jews were declared treasonous, unpatriotic, unproductive and anti-German. The Republicans are saying the same things about the poor and the unemployed.

When the worst is the best; why Rick Perry is the best Republican candidate The Republicans are having a hard time coming up with a candidate for President. The candidates who have announced have the shared flaw of not having hit all of the points required to fulfill Republican ideology. If they'll just dig a little deeper, all the way to the bottom of the barrel, they'll find what they're looking for - Rick Perry.

Republican history does repeat, and rhymes, and echoes Mark Twain said that history doesn't repeat, but it rhymes. He died in 1910, without the experience of the Great Depression and the Great Recession repeat performances of the Republicans. They're repeating now the same things they said then.

What it takes to be a Republican, the Loughner-Phelps/Republican connection The things it takes to be a Republican are all negatives. Insufferable arrogance, invincible ignorance, proud hypocrisy, total irrationality, deceit as a virtue, mental vacuity, and the list goes on.
