HAUNTED BY WHICH FAILURE?
Robert Gates evidently felt that a defeat in Iraq would haunt us. I'm already haunted-- but not by what spooks the new Secretary of defense. I'm haunted by a whole panoply of things. I'd like to see Congress haunted by them, too.
