HOAs: Exchanging individual property rights for property values
(1 comments) Homeowner associations are continuing to spread across the country. Yet, very little is said by the real estate special interests about the loss of individual rights and freedoms. These private government authoritarian regimes have the mission to protect property rights, first and foremost, and there is no bill of rights protections within the private HOA "constitution".

Homeowner Associations and the Role of the Media
(2 comments) The media has repeatedly failed to cover serious issues of the loss of constitutional and property rights of millions of people living in homeowners associations. It has failed in its duties and obligations to provide information, pro and con, to the people in order for our democracy to function as intended.
