Jon is a Professor of Pediatrics, President of local AAUP, Chair-elect of State AAUP, and Chair of Faculty Concerns (governance oversight) committee. His concerns are with the loss of Academic Freedom through a corrupted business model that supresses Faculty Rights and destroys the tenure system, leaving all educational decisions in the hands of an Administration devoted only to the bottom line.
