Foreclosures: Virginia is for Lovers and Has Leaders, too !
Virginia has a very visible foreclosure problem - According to Pew Research 1 in 33 houses in Virginia will be foreclosed. FAIRFAX County is one of the few localities that are actually doing something about the problem. It is not perfect, but at least it is something.

Foreclosures - Is the State of Virginia doing enough? (1 in 33 houses in VA will suffer foreclosure)
Foreclosures are part of everyday conversation - The Federal Government can't really help and maybe should leave the States to deal with the problems on their own - Some states are doing more than others - Virginia needs to step up to the plate and help it's citizens - Not necessarily with a bailout - but something should be done - The worst is yet to come
