BIO: Alfred Lambremont Webre, J.D., M.Ed., is an author, futurist, lawyer (member of the District of Columbia Bar), peace advocate, environmental activist, space activist, and radio talk show host, who has advanced degrees in both Law (Yale Law School) and in Counseling (University of Texas). Webre's Exopolitics: Politics, Government And Law In The Universe (ISBN 0-9737663-0-1) evolved from his groundbreaking work as a futurist at the Stanford Research Institute, where in 1977 he directed a proposed extraterrestrial communication study project for the Carter White House, and helped found the field of Exopolitics. Today, Webre is the International Director of the Institute for Cooperation in Space (ICIS) www.peaceinspace.com, and host of EXOPOLITICS RADIO at www.exopoliticsradio.com.
