Tuesday, September 30, 2008 Stealing America: Vote by Vote, a review
How many ways can an election be stolen? Award-winning documentary filmmaker Dorothy Fadiman recounts the ways with her latest powerful documentary film that makes perfect sense of a day in American history that made no sense at all to most Americans. Stealing America: Vote by Vote is a massively important film and an absolute must-see, big picture of election day 2004.
Tuesday, April 1, 2008 Do not be afraid. Lead.
Whether from the pulpit or the cockpit, the ruling paradigm is false and relies on fear to prop itself up. So let's choose not to be fearful. Let's start living from our faith, not our fears and take our nation back from the fearmongers.

Voter ID was promoted on the lie of "Voter Fraud"
I hope Feinstein's Committee can get to the truth behind how we got disenfranchising Voter ID rules in place and end the "Voter Fraud" charade by exposing it. Now that we know that "voter fraud" is a fraud in and of itself, can we rebuke the repugnant rulings that enforce stringent voter ID rules nationwide? Voter ID was promoted on a lie, after all.
Friday, February 1, 2008 We NEED our HAVA money back
Opinion on what action Ohio's Secretary of State should take to restore integrity to Ohio's elections without help from vendors but with help rather from citizens. Parks briefly reviews the origins of HAVA then argues for paper ballots in a process that will not involve enriching vendors and secret vote counts.
Sunday, December 16, 2007 Brunner's recommendations long on money, short on transparency
Secretary of State Brunner's Project Everest findings require her to demand vendors return HAVA money to pay for her new plan for optical scanners for Ohio. Brunner and Ohio neither have the time or money to implement recommendations that still do not give the satisfaction of real election transparency.
Thursday, December 13, 2007 It is wrong to assume
Ohio's SoS Jennifer Brunner ordered testing of Ohio's voting machines, the same machine that were tested and failed miserably in California-aahhh, but are they the same tests? With Batelle Institute conducting the tests and their long history with the CIA, I am deeply concerned. Why should I "assume" the tests are fair? We'll know December 14, 2007.

Ohio Election Justice Campaign, Justified
Minimizing the election justice movement will not work anymore.Honest elections are serious business in a democracy. Our vote is the only franchise granted to citizens in a Democracy. In 2004[this]was denied. Those in the Ohio Election Justice movement know what happened. We were there. As we race blindly into a future without acknowledging the past, democracy, honest elections & the rule of law remain on schedule to self-destruct.

Down the Election Rabbit Hole and Back Again
Immediately after the election of 2004,an aide to then Ohio Sen. DeWine,Mike Dawson, gathered editors at the Columbus Dispatch and basically told them there will be no investigations and not to bother with these many stories about the election. The message?"Everything went fine. Nothing happened.Nothing to see here. Move along now."I had jumped down the rabbit hole and the adventures in election wonderland commenced for me...
Wednesday, February 28, 2007 E-voting on trial in Columbus, Ohio: The Squire Case
Voting rights activists see the issues before the court as going to the heart of democracy itself and whether or not election results obtained through the computerized voting machines can be trusted. An independent audit conducted by voting rights activists trained in signature count audits, found that 86% of 206 Franklin County precincts would not balance with certified results.
